C.O.P.P.A. stands for the Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act. In general, it states that we
(the web site) cannot collect any personal information - that
is, name, address, telephone number, or email address - from any
child under the age of thirteen.
The only exceptions to this rule are: 1) if we have written
parental permission on file before collecting the information;
2) if we collect the information to satisfy a user's one-time
